Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and shoe boxes are protected inside a secondary shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
